The Durga Saptashati in Bangla presents the sacred Chandi Path for Bengali devotees of the Divine Mother. Its seven hundred verses celebrate Durga victory over evil across three charitas. Bengali homes hold this text especially dear during Durga Puja.
For Bengali families in Australia, reading Chandi in the mother tongue makes the Puja complete. Recite it during the autumn festival and all year. It carries the deep Devi devotion of India into your home.
