Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the parcel’s weight, dimensions, delivery address, and available courier rates.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible. Delivery addresses can only be updated before an order has been dispatched. We cannot redirect parcels already in transit.

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our Returns and Refunds Policy.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange the appropriate solution.

Sanskruti Emporium will cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
